If a print order arrives damaged, please send photos of the damage and I will replace the print at no cost to the customer or refund.
If the painting arrives damaged please send photos of damage to the painting and return the painting in the same packing (unless the packaging is too damaged) and the same shipping method (insured), shipped within 7 days. Upon receipt of the returned painting, the full purchase price will be refunded. If the painting does not meet expectations and the customer wishes to return the painting in the original condition and same packing and shipping method (insured), shipped within 7 days. Upon receipt of the painting in its original condition, the full purchase price will be refunded minus the shipping.
